What a beautiful memory quilt.... I have been thinking about doing one for my sister but haven't gotten enough nerve to start.

Where did you purchase the EQ? Online?

This is so amazing!  I love how you were able to use something that your grandmother made in something that you made!  Congrats!!!!

Wow, I'm a "hot new project"! Shocked Thanks for all your lovely comments, I'm glad you like the quilt as much as I do Smiley

Yeah, I did buy it online. And as most American online shops don't ship all the way over here, it took me quite a while to find a Swedish store that carried any kind of printable fabric! In the end I found a tiny quilting shop somewhere that stocked both EQ and Miracle sheets, I was thrilled! Smiley Where do you live? If you're in the US or Canada you shouldn't have too much trouble finding some!

Beautiful, beautiful work. You've really inspired me to do something similar for my relatives.

This is so special and GORGEOUS too.

I'm looking to send my Step-Sister's Choice quilt to a new home.  If you're interested in swapping for fabric/scrapbooking supplies, send me a PM.

What a lovely quilt! My grandparents on my mom's side passed away several years ago, and I'm sure my mom would treasure something like this, so I just may have to steal this idea!  Wink

thank you so much for sharing this with us!  I've been trying to convince my sisters to collaborate with me on a quilt for my parents as a Christmas present and they were resisting the idea until I showed them your memory quilt.  They both think its beautiful and have agreed to try it.  It will be a first quilt for all of us, but hopefully not my last Cheesy

I dare to love forever

I need to destash a ton of yarn and fabric.  Send me a PM if you'd like to do a personal swap for some.

I really want the (empty) glass skull bottle that Crystal Head vodka comes in, so PM me if you're willing to swap me one!
