Wow! This is a really neat idea! If your dinner cooked that fast on a 73 Degree day, I bet it'd cook really fast here in our Texas summer... I'd like to make some sun dinner now!

Here is a link to a super cheap and easy solar cooker to experiment with; aluminum foil and a box and some rocks and there you are. It looks to be pretty easy storage as well.

There are people who do.  As long as you can get up to the temperature you need, you should be able to.  You may have to tweak this design to get up to temps that high...there are other designs that would probably work better for baking.
