This little fellow makes an appearance in Final Fantasy 8 out in the middle of nowhere and demands some elixir. He was a gift for a friend. I really wanted to figure out a way to make the tip of his antenna glow. Props for character design go to Square/Enix obviously.

You could try some glow in the dark paint or neon paint.
Also look for a small flashlight or battery operated tea lights at dollar stores or craft stores.

Want to learn to crochet or knit?  I have a ton of extra crochet hooks & circular knitting needles.  Will throw in some pattern books and yarn for anyone interested in a swap.

You're right! Neon paint would be perfect!

Oh god..this brings back memories!  Makes me want to get the game out and drop everything and starting re-playing it!  Cheesy
For making the tip glow, what about inserting a small LED mechanism?  Like the ones in those little squeeze lite keychains?  Or for a less elaborate option, I am sure you could find some kind of glow in the dark stuff, like paint, nail polish, or even polymer clay perhaps.
