well, here's my regimen to keep my skin soft and glowing:
   - wash your face twice a day with a cleanser that has a special formula for
     your specific skin type
   - scrub your face with a gentle exfoliant two to three times a week (i
scrub my face after the wash it)
   - apply on an astringent or toner after washing and/or scrubing your face
   - i use the biore pore strips once a week to get rid of my blackheads after
     washing, scrubing, and toning.
   - its really important to apply a good moisturizer twice a day after washing,
     scrubing, and toning your face

i drink a lot of water too. dont wear makeup when you're exercising because your skin can breakout afterwards. and get sleep!!

Just joined today- yay!  For the marks left after blemishes (hyperpigmentation) I swear by using apple cider vinegar as a toner.  Dilute it one to one and apply with a cotton ball.  I leave it on all night but I know some people with sensitive skin wash it off after an hour.  Also, mix baking powder and water and use it to exfoliate.

i heard jennifer aniston uses horse shampoo...wierd.

i read on another post about using aspirin as a scrub or mask...tried it and was quite pleased...i mixed one uncoated aspirin, moisturizer and some Peter Thomas Roth spot treatment gel, and mashed it in a shot glass.  i liked how it worked as both the scrub and the spot treatment/mask.

mixing a bit of baking soda into your shampoo is good as a deep cleaning shampoo (dont use it more than once a week and condition well afterwards though).

if you ever straighten your hair (which i wouldnt recommend making a routine of), make sure you put product on your hair first (especially on the ends) so that the heat will activate the product and dry it before it dries the moisture in your hair.  it'll product your hair from getting fried.

i heard that using a firming lotion on your legs, etc also helps to stop your hair from growing as fast...havent tried it but my friend swears by it

The horse shampoo is Mane and Tail (they also make conditioner). At least, that's what I'm assuming-- I know it was originally for horses but is for people too, i don't know if Jennifer Aniston uses it. I switch between using it and Dove, it's very nice. Also, I use the conditioner as leave in and it works nicely/isn't greasy or anything.

One thing I like to do is get a washcloth and run it under reallllly hot water then press that against my face, repeating a couple times. Then wash really well with whatever soap/facewash I'm into at the moment. Then take an ice cube and rub that all over my face to get my whole face cold.
It makes my face so clean. Heat open pores, soap gets in and does it's thing, then the cold closes up pores.

Putting Margarine in your hair makes it soooooooooooo incredibaly shiny ,soft and silky it's amazing. I had to do this when I was 8 (damn lice) and for the next 3 days my hair was perfect!

Here are a couple:

1.  When plucking eyebrows, put a toothache medication (like orajel) on first to numb the pain.
2.  Apply eggwhites to a clean face as a mask.  Wash off and moisturize. It tightens pores.
