Homemade Calzone...Pssst Easy, too

Okay, so I just made one for dinner. Put mushrooms and tomatoes in it along with some italian cheeses and a thin tomato sauce, and served it with some homemade marinara and it was delicious AND easy!

I made these for dinner tonight, they were a huge hit!
Just some peppers, goat cheese & pepperoni (and spices!), but they came out looking just like Pizza Hut's. Take that, franchise!

Homemade calzones are a favorite with my family. I also like to add ricotta cheese along with the mozzarella. Good stuff.

I make them with Publix pizza dough, and they're delicious.
