Well, I have never been to a wedding, and I am a newly wed of like a week and two days...(June 14th), and out theme was "Dia de los Novios"...

We are both artists, and non traditional, so, our cake just had to be the Coolest...  Wink

Our Cake lady is actually a textile designer, but she got wind of our theme, and was like"I'm soooo in!"

All three of us drew it out, and here's the outcome...Just BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

4 Tier Wedidng cake with 3 different yummy flavors....

Chocolate with Chocolate Mousse/Raspberry Filling

Carrot cake with Pinapple creamcheese filling...My Favorite,

and White cake with strawberry filling...

mmmmmmmmm

Our Colors were Black, Fuchsia, and Lime green, and My flowers were Sunflowers and marigolds, and Hot pink roses, and all tied together with Leopard accents!!!

Fantastic! Love everything! I want to see more pictures. Where did you get those large bride and groom? Our little dia de los muertos bride & groom were so expensive. They were a gift from my sister, who got them in Mexico, but she forgot to take the price tag off, so I saw the price. Whoa. I love them though, they were so worth it, possibly my favourite wedding gift. Anyhow, congratulations! I am hitting "this rocks!".

Why Thank you too!!!My Mother in law bought them for me at the Dia de los muertos festival here in Oceanside. I have been exhibiting my art there for two years, and she surprised me with it last year. She got them SPECIFICALLY for the Wedding!!!!

I love them!

If you go to my Myspace page, I have a Sort of "Wedding Album" there in my Pics....

Yeah, Those can be pricey!!!

Thank you again doll!
