Amazing. It reminds me of a Coop painting. Awesome!

I would never do that to my $2500 USD gibson les paul, but if I had an epiphone les paul like you have I would be all over that.  Actually, I'm tempted to take one of my other guitars and strip it and see what I can do with it.

Very cool looking though!  Definitely better than the black (although the birds are cool).

thanks to all!

catandcleo: I understand how you feel, I learned to play guitar more for the way the instrument looks than the way it sounds! XD

stitch virtuoso: if they really love their guitar, why would they change it   Wink
And when you're not sure of what you're doing, taking appart a 500$+ instrument is not something most guys would do. mine was cheap, otherwise I would never have done this!^^

thingwraith: 128192812x?? that says a lot! thanks! if you ever need help for the bc rich, just send me a PM!

Raemazing: It's nice to know i've inspired you to make your bass look better^^ my pleasure!

iwannamessupmysheet sw_you: thanks! if your guitar was worth 200$, you didn't play it that well (I'm better on acoustic guitars) and it's finish was covered in scratches, the balls would be easier to find Wink

kittykill: Coop is just one of the many artists and company that has used the red, greaser devil image in their work, so no wonder it reminds you of his work^^

diogan: If you try it out, you'll see, it's a great project! if you need more info about how I did it, just contact me! and I would never have done it to a 2500$ guitar! Cheesy

katikutthroat: that's what i wanted; contrast!! thanks!

ars_anima: Thanks for the offer of help, I may take you up on it.  We actually have a couple different guitars that would be good candidates for this sort of thing.   Grin

wow.

that's all I can say. Loved the birds before, but this almost puts them to shame. The initials are a nice touch too. I love your style, but I was a bit sad to see the little sparrows go. But this whole project rocks!

It looks great! I love the "distressed" look. Great job and nice design choices.
