Hey,
I know that this is a really late addition, but I wanted to say that I love the idea of this thread  Smiley
I try to make pretty much everything for friends, family, holidays, etc., but my favourite craft recipient of all time is definitely my sweetie!

We've been together 17 years in September (met when we were kids, and started dating when we were 16), and she makes me feel great by being so super excited whenever I give her a handmade present...yep, even the crummy looking ones - haha   Cheesy

Anyway, I definitely plan on posting my projects here!
Right now I am working on something for our 17th anniversary - an electrolytic brass etching that I can inset somehow into a journal (she's a writer by trade and by hobby).  Hopefully it'll turn out great, and I won't be ashamed to post it - lol  Wink

Let me know if perchance the metal aspect of it gives ya any trouble, I might be able to help. Not so much with the attaching-to-a-book part though hehe. Post photos when you're done? Smiley

Cool, thanks, Metalsmitten  Smiley

I'm sure I'll be taking you up on that - I have my first piece soaking in water to remove the paper as we speak, but it is looking a bit wrinkly...not too sure what that means, but hopefully I'll have something soon that I can dip into the copper sulfate, and see how it comes out.

And I'll definitely post pics - I'm excited anyone would want to see them - lol  Smiley

(Love the username BTW  Wink)

Hey all!

It's been way too long. Any new project going on out there? How are we all doing? I just moved from Los Angeles to Vegas and got a new tattoo Smiley
