I was inspired by a woman who won a contest for a jewelry supply company I buy from.  hers was done on a life sized skull.  my skulls, are on a MUCH smaller scale.   Tongue

this is the first one I ever made.  it was a present to my dad for Father's Day.  I was new to this idea, so it's a pretty simple design.

tell me what you think!  I have one more skull left and I'm always looking on eBay for more.  I'm addicted to this stuff!!!

I think they are all amazing!  I am not really a fan of skulls, but i would hang one on my wall proudly.

Oh I love the first one! About how big are the skulls? Small enough for a necklace?

it would be kind of a big necklace.  :p  the ones with the longer horns measure about 5 inches tall I believe, and the others are maybe 3 inches tall.  but I would LOVE to find smaller ones that I could put on necklaces.  I have yet to find skulls that small yet though.  Sad

I know nothing about polymer clay and I dunno if you do but would it be possible to make smaller skulls from clay and then do the beadwork? Just a thought Smiley

The beading is fantastic, my step dad would love it

Okay so once again I am completely redoing my pictures. Got tired of photobucket, the only reason I used it was for here so I decided I will just use Craftster's photo uploader. So while I am switching over my photo links will be broken. Message me if there is a post you would like the pics for.

yeah, they're huge in terms of becoming necklaces.   Cheesy

and yes, clay is a great idea.  I have yet to play around with it, but I've been dying to.  I could make them, bake them, bead them and string them!

Those are cool! I would love to add them as the centerpiece in a sheild, or as part of a mini-shrine. I like the variety of patterns and colors you used. Those beads are really nice, your beading looks so tight and even. Great job! This Rocks.
