Wow! I didn't realize this was a swingin' 3-way thing! Smiley Now just to be clear - first party sends squares to second party. Correct?

And just to be a tease - I sewed the bowtie on to one of my completed squares this morning. Pending HipMama's answer to "animal, vegetation, or...", he will be ready to wing his way out of here...though he's flightless in more than one way... Smiley

This afternoon, my hook and I will visit a North African country - in spirit and technique - and maybe Wikipedia - at least. (Can you tell I'm an old homeschooler?)

Have a wonderful day, Everyone!!

Correct  Smiley
I believe it depends on whether we're odd or even at the end of sign ups, evens it's one to one, odds we do the group thing  Wink

Another part of it might be avoiding partners who have already been paired up. That way you get your squares from different people!

OK, I got it and I sent to my partner. It took me a minute to realize that I wasn't exchanging with the person assigned to me, but I think I have it all together now!

Off to the craft store, yay!

I have 3 squares fully finished and ready to go! Plus I now have a bunch of holey, wonky, or otherwise strange and weird squares that I tried out of old pattern books... guess the basement couch will have to be covered in style. Smiley
Have a nice day!!

Wow! You guys are speedy! I just got back from a wedding out of state but I found my granny square pattern book and I bought some yarn before I left. Almost done with the first one....

I've got a hook and I'm not afraid to use it.

Nah, I'm with you, MoonChyld3. I'm finishing up another rather complicated swap, so I've done nothing more than pick up yarn and choose patterns. But I'll make up for it with speed Wink

I'm almost finished on #4  Grin This is the first one I've done back and forth rather than in the round so I wasn't sure it would work out to 8" but it seems to be working fine  Smiley
