Sigh...it's too true.

So I decided to make a purse last night for a friend's birthday.  I was cutting my fabric with a rotary cutter, when it ran up over the plastic guide and into my index finger.  Didn't really feel it, but man was it ugly!  It wasn't a deep cut - just sort of had a flap of skin hanging loose - so they taped it up, gave me a tetanus shot, and sent me home.  My first major crafting injury!

The good news is, I didn't bleed on the fabric, so when I no longer feel scared of the rotary cutter (it's still lying where I dropped it) I can finish the purse.  My friend will understand why it's late Smiley
