Here are 3 dotees I made for the dotee swap, round 1.
They are just so fun to make.

Here is the dotee swap link http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=248305.0
Here is the dotee gallery for more inspiration http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=250388
And here is the tute link http://dotslifeandart.blogspot.com/2007/02/art-doll-tutorial.html

There is going to be a round 2 so look for it if you are interested.  Grin

I just adore mine (I got the adorable green one!).  Her face is just perfect!

Dotees are so much fun to make, I am having a hard time returning to the rest of my to-do list!

I've never heard about dotees before - WHY?

I love them, very well done - the face expressions are too cute!

Dotees are wonderful, monk_monk (as you can tell from pinkleo's gorgeous creations!).  They are the dollmaker's answer to the ATC - each one unique and charming.  Very few of the dotees seen in this swap look like the original Dotee Doll design in shape or style, but the beauty of dotees is that they don't HAVE a particular way they should look! (and that is the excuse I am sticking to when my partners receive mine and they arent as pretty as pinkleo's  Tongue )

Thanks a lot for explaining Smiley I like the idea - I guess it's hard to come up with new designs all the time!
