This is my first purse project.

I bought a green skirt at the Salvation Army and turned it into a purse by cutting off some of the length and sewing the base together. I used the length that I trimmed for the strap.

I bought some really pretty Amy Butler fabric to line it and embelish it. I then doodled some vines and flowers (that kind of went with the fabric) onto the base of the purse. I matched the floss colors to the fabric and stitched away.
