I made this little journal for the Back to Nature swap.  It was intended as a gardening journal for my partner's herbs.  The pages are accordion folded brown paper bag from the liquor store.  I glued legal paper to each page and then used scrapbooking paper as endnotes.  The cover is made from the back cardboard of a legal pad and covered in awesome fabric I got from the remnants table.

It was my second book project - went a lot faster than the first!

Thanks for looking!

Super cute! I really like the paper you used for the book cover!  I'm sure your swap partner will love it!

Oh My! Shocked  I love what you've done with the inside pages!!  (The border, I mean). Not sure if that was they way the paper was when you bought it or if you made it that way, but either way... BRILLIANT.

Thanks!  The vines are actually printed onto the paper, it's the wine bag you get from the LCBO in Canada.  (In other words, this project was an excellent excuse to buy two bottles of wine Grin)
