The first of many, I'm afraid! I love her so much!

Her hair is a little intense. I decided if I could have hair that awesome, i'd want it to be intense too!

My printer printed the dress pattern a bit bit, so it's a little baggy but I'm too lazy to fix it. tee.

She's for my 6 year old sis, do you think she'll like her?

She is beautiful! I love the pattern on that alova suede! Sadly I can only get a handful of solid colours.  Her hair is wonderful, like creamy sherbet.  Your sister is sure to adore her.  Does your lovely poppet have a name yet?

Welcome to the wonderful world of poppet-addiction (I would have called it Poppeteers Anonymous, but that would imply that we are in "recovery" and intend to quit - SOOOO not the case!)

She is lovely.  That fabric really suits the making of poppets because the pattern is smal.  Great choice of hair too.

you girl will love her.

*squeal* I love her! And so will your sis, I'm sure.  Wink
I was really wondering how that printed alova would look (I pass it by every time I go to the fabric store, out of fear...haha), and now I know that it's absolutely awesome - thank you. I'm so jealous of her gorgeous hair, too! Welcome to the ranks of addicted poppeteers!  Kiss

She's so pretty in pink.  I think I remember seeing a poppet with that print before...Violette28 maybe?  It looks great.  I'm sure your sister will adore it.

yeah, i can tell i'm going to be addicted!

At the Joann's near my place (which is very sad) they ONLY had printed alova suede. How weird is that? It turned out to be a blessing because I think it looks good on her Smiley

The yarn is some hand-spun, hand-dyed wool I bought a looong time ago on etsy and haven't come up with a use for yet.

digital misfit - she doesn't have a name yet since she's for my sis. She'll probably end up with a name like, dolly. : / Maybe I should try to come up with a secret name too.
