Here is my Topsy Turvy Cake that I made for a friends birthday.

The bottom layer is Chocolate Zucchini Cake, the middle is Caramel Mudcake and the top is White Almond and Sour Cream Cake.  Filled with Buttercream and then White Chocolate Fondant.

I don't think it turned out too bad.  It isn't as smooth as I would have liked in the purple layer.

That cake looks fantastic!  I love the topsy-turvy cakes.  The flavours you chose sound fabulous!

GORGEOUS! It reminds me of the cakes from Ace of Cakes. I love that show. Also, I realize that I'm at work and starving and don't get off for over an hour, but your flavor choices sound absolutely delicious!

WOW! and YUM!! Your cake looks wonderful and those flavors sound terrific. Love the colors you chose and the designs you used on each layer.
