I saw a Fringe skirt recently selling in an unnamed place for 100.00! So I decided to make one for 30.00








The movement on this skirt is the best!!! It sways as you walk. I love how it turned out and people always love to touch the fringe hanging off...could be a good or a bad thing.

It was super simple to make.
Just make a pencil skirt
Starting from the bottom sew the fringe on in rows
Each row above should just be covering the top of the fringe below.
Remember to keep the strings on the bottom of the fringe intact while sewing so it doesn't go every which way.
If you can sew a straight line you can make this skirt!

Cute skirt! I had a flapper costume when I was younger and I loved it. Never thought about a skirt, cool ideal!
