so my friend Kelly loses her cell phone more than anyone i've ever known.  it seems like at least once every 3 months something is happening to her phone.  her birthday was thursday, so i decided to make her a cell phone cozy.  i'm hoping this will help her keep track of it better, and not that i end up having to make 12 more.   Tongue
i decided to make it a monster so that people will be scared away and not want to steal it.   Wink
i used cotton yarn because it seemed more sturdy to me and this tutorial here http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=41857.0 as a guide.
on to the pictures!

you can't tell, but its eyes are blue

i made a loop so it can be attatched to a belt loop or to the strap of a bag.

with my cell phone inside.  i dunno how my phone ended up fitting so perfectly.  i used my dad's phone as a guide because his is more like my friend's.

just another front shot.

my friend loved it.  i meant to get a picture of her with it, but i forgot.   Undecided  maybe i can next time we hang out (if she hasn't lost it by then  Cheesy).

One does not simply walk into Mordor. Its black gates are guarded by more than just orcs. There is evil there that does not sleep. The great eye is ever watchful. It is a barren wasteland, riddled with fire, ash, and dust. The very air you breathe is a poisonous fume.......
