i will probably be a few days late sending.

but i will NOT flake.

i am just late on my OTHER swap too, so i am going to focus on finishing that, and then it's my last week of school, so i am going to worry about that too, and i have a whole list of excuses,  but it really just comes down to me being behind in EVERYTHING right now.

but i will send. i PROMISE.

unless i die unexpectedly, then...sorry.

Will be mailing out either Monday or Tuesday.

I found the perfect box to mail in...a personal size take out pizza box! I didn't know how I was going to send it without the choker getting crushed...and when I picked up our pizza order today...the answer was right in front of me!  Grin

I asked & they gave me the little box for free! (I didn't want the choker to reek of pepperoni...so a fresh unused box was in order!) Cheesy

ROFL- me too!

I've used DVD gift boxes from Paperchase as boxes for large necklaces that needed to be kept flat (eg necklaces with lots of tangly-uppy dangly bits). They're not dead cheap, it's Paperchase after all, but they have proper lids that lift off, they aren't the kind you just slide the DVD into, so they are the perfect size and shape for big necklaces, plus they are really solid for sending through the post - you can just stuff them into a small bubble envelope and not worry about padding. And they look nice! I like to think that the necklaces I've sent in them could be kept in the boxes permanently if the new owners wanted.
