That is so cute!

And if you wanted to make it everyday, you could hitch it up or cut some off to shorten it and make it a summer dress. I hate how there's no excuse for evening dresses after prom! -cries- Cry

to be honest, and i know it's harsh, i don't think that is a marie antoinette dress, i think it's more renaissance or something in an older style than of marie antoinette. but i still think it's a great job, i wore something similar to this dress for my formal, and i was really nervous about it cause it was over the top, but i went ahead with it and i got best dressed. i hope you had a similar response.

It's not harsh, I know it really doesn't look Marie-ish. That was just the story to go along with the first bit. lol. Marie was the inside joke part. The dress is no way authentic.

And lol, I got a lot of 'homigawd didjya make that dressss?Huh' comments from people. It was fun.

And what a fun history...fun to read and cute pics!! The dress turned out amazingly. You could even shorten it and leave the blue layer to hang out for a fun more casual dress!! It looks super on you!!

SO lovely!!

My favorite color is orange, so I'm loving the shade of your dress as well as the design--fabulous job!  Smiley
