Hello everyone,
Yes, this is my first ever post on Craftster  Grin and I'm overwhelmed at all the goodness here! I've been wanting to work with some old textbooks to create some sculptural pieces that would include folding pages as part of design. Example - turn book into doll and the book is a hoop skirt (so to speak). I'm trying to save experimenting time and wonder if there is already info on this? I've mega searched, have studied origami books, and tripped about the web - to no avail. It really isn't origami in a traditional sense.

Any ideas?  MANY thanks for any help and happy day to all,
Holly
