So, my friend and I had to make a cake for my birthday party. We got the batter and frosting, and came back to my house to find that I only had a rectangle pan. "Alright, then. I guess we're making a rectangle cake." But while it was baking, we looked online for some ideas and found some sushi cakes, and I just had to have one. So we decided to cut up the rectangle and make circles. After some fun with food coloring and frosting, and picking out individual sprinkle colors, we came up with this!

There are white sprinkles for rice, orange for fish eggs, and the yellow and green are random goodies wrapped up in the sushi. It's not perfect, but I like it Grin

Thanks! Smiley It's actually more of a grayish/green though. We just mixed the colors we had: red, green, blue, and yellow, but we didn't really use the yellow. We used equal amounts of green, red, and blue; mixed; and then added more green afterwards for a more seaweedy look.
