Just in time for summer!

I made this to work on my consistency and just to generally practice.  I'm really happy with how it turned out.  Both warp & weft are my handspun alpaca.  I had dyed one batch a deep green before spinning.

The alpaca comes from a former coworker.  They have six alpacas and this was from the first batch of fiber they had processed.  I'm getting closer to sheep-to-shawl!  Next step:  figure out how to keep a fiber animal in my apartment.  (note to self:  research miniature sheep or alpacas...   Grin )

if you can't be a good example then you'll just have to be a horrible warning.

Great job!

Let me know if you find any apartment-sized alpacas. I've been dreaming of them for years.  Wink
