I heartily agree with everyone: this dress looks lovely on you! If it feels a little "bare" around the neckline/shoulders, you could always add a thin or short-sleeved cardigan jumper/sweater in perhaps a matching shade of red or that gorgeous blue in the fabric design. (this is my secret comfort weapon!)

I don't think we're in Kansas anymore....

I LOVE this dress and it looks wonderful on you.  You shouldn't worry about wearing it anyplace you want, it's perfect. 

And like a previous poster mentioned, you could get one of those lightweight short sweater/shawls to wear over your shoulders if you really felt uncomfortable.  I'm one of those people who never likes to show my shoulders or upper arms as I don't like how I look Smiley
