well, not quite. but the rub that i made to put on them for dinner last night had cocoa powder in it!  And it was very, very good.  So good that I thought I'd share this with the rest of you.  I think it would be good on grilled chicken or fish as well  Smiley

Cocoa-Chili Rub
1 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs ancho chili powder
2 tbs cocoa powder
1 tbs garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp grated orange zest
1 1/2 tsp coarse salt
1 1/2 tsp black peppercorns

Coat meat, fish, etc. in canola oil then apply this rub on both sides.  Throw on the grill and you've got yourself a cocoa-chili covered dinner! YUM!

I saw the title and had to look! It sounds super yummy..so many of my favorite flavors all in one place..I am going to have to try this one soon!
