hello,
off the top of my head, I can think of Emmaus. http://www.emmaus-france.org/

I'm not sure if there is a listing for all the stores around though...

it depends on what you're looking for, but you can find things at les puces (a flea market), porte de clignancourt (north of paris). it's not open all the time, but i know it's at least open on sundays.

Reciproque is a series of stores on one or two blocks that has an incredible selection of designer resale.  It is very pricey but worth a visit.

Apart from Emmaus, the puces and vide-greniers, I don't know of any thriftstores in Paris. I guess there must be some, but I don't know them! I hope others will have answers.

In Lille (1 hour train from Paris) you have the Braderie on the first week-end of September... Worth the trip if you're into second-hand items and if you're in for lots of fun! Wink
(If you've got the 12-25 year train card, the return ticket will cost you just above 30 euros provided you book 2-3 weeks ahead.)

And there is a fantastic brocante in October in the Parisien suburb of Houilles.  If you take the RER A west, it's just the 2nd stop past LaDefense.  The whole town is out there with their stands of 2nd hand stuff (and some new lower priced stuff too).  I'll be there!

Paris is a bit odd for that, people aren't very thrifty in general lol
