I just merged a bunch of posts about scoring yarn at thrift stores, etc. If you want to show off the yarn you scored at a thrift store or outlet, post it here!

i use the size 10 thread to make headbands and flowers and the size 3 thread to make hats. i think the 3 would make a nice bag too. really not sure what else i'd do with it.

what about crocheting tops of dishtowels that you can button to the handle of your oven? and a purse would be kewl for the thicker thread. or you could crochet some doilies
