Made this in 7th grade industrial arts class and gave it to my Mom for Easter (the writing at the bottom of the clip is just in pen where it is dedicated to her).  It is 12 inches long, made out of 2 pieces of wood that I shaped and a metal spring clip, then painted it orange because she likes Garfield.

OMG, I would SOOOOOOOOOO glue a strip of magnet on one side and stick that bad-boy on my fridge to hold the grocery list!!!!!  I need one of those!!  LOL
