So cute! And if it does seem too short, you could always crochet a deep edging on in a contrast colour, or she could wear it with trousers.

How beautiful! Your daughter is stunning! And the dress is simply perfect on her. I'm a fairly inexperienced knitter, but I'm so tempted to give this a try. I don't have any appropriate yarn on hand, but I've bookmarked you for when I get some. :-)

Very Very cute; looks like something one would see in a shop somewhere.  I agree with another poster who said when it gets shorter she can wear it as a shirt.  Also in fall/winter she could wear it with some jeans and it would still be cute.
