I've got a hook and I'm not afraid to use it.

Yay, I'm glad you like them! The light blue one is actually a shortened version of a 12" square that I'm using to make a lapghan right now. I just stopped after I got to 8" and added on the row of single crochet. Theoretically, I should be getting mine tomorrow, since we mailed on the same day! I was hoping that they would be waiting for me when I got home today, but no such luck.

Wow, this is a really cool swap.  I think I may have to join next time... I just started crocheting but I've found that I'm getting really good at it after only 2 or 3 projects, so I think this would be a really really fun swap.  Plus I have a book of granny squares and a TON of yarn... Smiley

Anyway, I just stopped in to look and everyone's squares look so great!  I am really impressed by the diversity of everything... I never knew crocheting could be so much fun!  Smiley

I came home from work tonight to find a package from MoonChyld3 on the counter! It contained 5 squares! The 5th was one that she said was somewhat messed up, and that I could decide if I want to use it or not. I'm pretty sure that I will use it. It can be an inner square, and I can stretch the edges to even them out when I crochet them together.

Here they are, on top of my green sheets (hence the green theme for the squares).
