So for my wedding Im doing a cupcake wedding cake.. My colors are black, red, and white with polkadots. So i'm looking for black cupcake wrappers  and can't seem to find them anywhere!!!( I've been googling for an hour) Does anyone have any advice as to where to look or what I could do to dye them possibly?( I don't think that'd work out to well).

Thank you!

Well all I found was non-baking wrappers but no polkadots it has stars

But I'm pertty sure you can just buy scrapbooking paper that goes with your wedding and just wrap your cupcake, using decorative scissors like they did in this site

maybe even using a paper punch you like this site did

Hope I have helped Smiley

When is the wedding?  Because I've seen black cupcake papers, but only at Halloween, and usually mixed with orange papers....

as for my wedding date its August 16th so the halloween idea doesnt really work Embarrassed Ive been googling halloween or over the hill stuff but with no luck darn!

We are making the cupcakes and dipping them in Fondant  and adding polka dots does fondant stain your mouth as much as regular icing? im thinking if nothing else i could do red papers and black polka dots!

Here's some nice red ones.

This girl has some in her photos, maybe you can e-mail her to see where hers came from.

Maybe you can bake them like you normally would and wrap the cups in black tissue paper.

Bummer.

These are SO cute, but kind of expensive

These are black/white plaid and are a heck of a lot cheaper then the first site

Whoa the orange cupcakes look like she used black ones but i think they might be dark brown... which if they look that dark may work...

Tissue paper is a good idea to i was thinking about maybe making black bands of paper to wrap around each one...

I've found the red ones and actually have that site saved Smiley.\

Thank you guys so much for helping!

There are some neat cupcake papers here: http://www.countrykitchensa.com/catalog/mini.aspx?T=1&SubCatId=1089

But the closest they have to what you want is either black with gold plaid, or brown and gold.  I'm thinking it might not be a good idea to flip the black/gold inside out, just because you don't know if the gold detail is food safe (you could check with the company though).
