Hi Everyone!

I made this for my mom over the weekend:

and here it is on:

these photos aren't up to my usual standards, but at least I have 'em!

Made from this pattern by me: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=222690.msg

I used some yarn purchased at the lovely thrift store down the street that's made to look like home spun. I'll see if I can find the label when I get home. OOPS! Can't find the label anywhere in my apartment! If it shows up I'll update the post.

That's really cute! The two companies I know who make a 'homespun' style acrylic are Lion Brand and Red Heart. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Lion Brand homespun, AND I can get it for 5.00 a pound at a craft store on my way to school (It's mill end, so it's not totally consistent, but come on, 5.00 a pound!) I am making a huge blanket. 'Cause wow. Just...wow.

Anyway, nice scarf. Smiley I think that yarn is Lion Brand, because it looks like a color I have.

thanks!

I seriously am not sure at all what brand it is - I have the label on my craft table and I don't remember the branding being really obvious 'cause I've used the lion brand homespun before Smiley
