I've been making coin purses/accessory pouches/wallets from felted wool sweaters and these are some of my most recent ones.

Those are pretty!  I like them all but, my favorite is the first wallet.  The button gives it such a nice little pop of color.

Ooh they'ra all so cute. My fave is the second one.

If I try to felt knitted sweaters for crafty purposes it never works, but if it's my fave cardy that I can't leave without, that's a whole different story.  Angry

These are great. I love the one in the middle w/the flap made from the ribbing & the birdie sitting on the branch. Would it be possible for you to do a tutorial or share how you felted? I crocheted something from wool yarn & felted it & it did not come out right. Thanks in advance!

**edit** Basically, do you just cut, sew everything, then felt?

I felt the sweater before I cut it.  I just toss it in a zippered pillowcase and wash it on hot on the longest cycle.  After it's felted, I cut it up and sew it into whatever I want.  I love making stuff out of old sweaters!
