I looove the looks of starghans and would love to make one.
However, I don't know how to crochet (aside from a chain-stitch). I can knit but I can't find a pattern for that. ;P
I'm all for instant gratification, and if something takes too long, I might lose interest.
So I was wondering, is it possible to make the starghan with a larger hook size than required? Or will that somehow ruin the pattern?
Also, if anyone has an easy to follow pattern I'd appreciate it. Cheesy

The starghans i've made use double crochet, but if u wanted to make it faster i think u could use thicker yarn and a bigger hook, and i think that that would work? i dont think they're that time consuming anyways. obviously the more rows u do the longer each round gets.. but its easy crochet and can be done infront of the tv or inbetween other projects etc.  Wink You should look on the CAL on here if u havent already.. cos there's loads of different ones people have made, and i'm sure if u read through u'd find out what arns and hooks people have used?
