I bought two of that EXACT same chair just a few days ago!  I have been nervous about taking it apart but now it doesn't seem quite as daunting. Yours looks great.

It really wasn't so bad. Just a few screws and a MILLION staples! The hardest part for me was the sewing, but I did that to myself because I was determined to have piping on the edges, just like the original, when I could have skipped that part. But it was good practice using piping and I think it actually helped out in making a bit easier to sew all the curves.
