Light pink with pearl and frosted beads.

Light yellow with green and yellow beads.

Gotta love this orange one with yellow and orange beads!!

Full length shot

action shot
Wouldn't they be too cute as chokers?

The top one looks too Halloweeny (candy corn) with the flash, pic below is without flash and more what it looks like in person.

Thanks for lookin! Grin

I do like those butterflies with the beads - it really adds a lot of pizazz to tatting!  I also agree - a choker would be great! Are they your own design or did you come upon it?

Thanks so much everybody!!   Grin

I study the pics and think to myself...how does she get the beads in there?  Grin

First I tatted the butterfly.  Then  each side for bracelette.  With the tails on each end, I took small needle and aimed for center of each loop hole across each side.  When I reached the open loops of butterfly, I added the beads there.  I put my loose ends to work with beads!!!  (my fav thing in the world to do)
I do like those butterflies with the beads - it really adds a lot of pizazz to tatting!  I also agree - a choker would be great! Are they your own design or did you come upon it?
I came upon the center butterfly pattern (tweaked it a little with connecting loops on the sides)  but the filling up of beads is "a night in my beady world".  Me and my beads party down!! lol  Cool

Wow - those are BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!!!!!!
You just have a magic touch with everything you do Gina!

Now, which color do I want?  Hmmmmmmmmmmmm. I think HOT PINK!!
And if not - I think I want black - with hot pink, blue and teal beads - that way it looks like it's a black butterfly with colored spots - maybe even metallic beads to really shine thru all that black!!!

I know you can do it - you can do anything!!!!!!!

purplexime--Thanks bunches, I am still very much a beginner, but so far I think it is not too hard to do!!  Hardest part for me is getting the thread in the needle.  Figured out a plyers is handy too especially when using the nylon thread I am playing with.  Went back to Hobby Lobby today and found some HOT PINK nylon thread I am dying to try.  I will add them in here as I do more.

You've succeeded in making the anklet look like a tattoo! Wow! And the white one is gorgeous...it really shows off the contrast between the thread and the shinyness (is that a word?) of the beads inside!

Thanks so much everyone!!

Playing around here, I thought about doing this for a long time.
Scored some UTEE and do not have a heat gun so used oven.  Is this a no no?
It is on polymer clay.

Wow - what a cool idea!! Do you put the utee on at the same time or afterwards?
did it have an odor in the oven?
is it good and strong?

Kaleesi-
I put the UTEE on before baking anything, but it went beside it, under it and permanently stuck the paper under it to it.  As I am removing the excess spilled over and hardened UTEE it started taking the mica powders off the clay.  Back to the drawing board!!  Next time I plan to bake it without the UTEE first, then add it after I put Future polish??  And bake it again?  That might keep the powder on better, but I need a better way to help with the UTEE spill over, ok ok, I need a heat gun I know!!!!  Undecided  But I bet it still spills over?  This is the first and only time trying UTEE, can ya tell?

Ok...I hope I didn't totally screw up the pink butterfly in the heart. Upon close inspection, the glitter on the back of it wasn't embedded & the edges were a little rough...
So I sanded it a little & ending up scratching the heck out of the back of it! Cry
I'm trying a little diamond glaze to see if that will help...ugh! That's what I get for rushing to get them mailed out to you! I'll keep you updated. Tongue
