I finally did one of these myself.  It was kinda hard to line up all the pages...I have a newfound appreciation of all you girls who did huge ones!!!

Of course I had to do the picture of my cat!!

I love it, but what kind of paper would be best to put it on?

i used a black ribbon for the border, then put it in a poster frame, making it a tish easier to hang.
(please excuse the flash glare thing!!)

upon returning home from vacation,
the boyfriend was surprised to find this hanging on his wall
and a pair of coldplay tickets

Has anyone tried rasterbating with iron on transfers?  You could make backdrops and such, and hanging cloth would be easier to change out/ reuse in future apartments...I'd like to see how it looks!

Emilyflew, may I ask what size picture you started with? Yours seems to have come out one of the clearest and I'm just curious if it has something to do with the original size of the picture. Thanks in advance and you're right, you have the sexiest crafting corner.

The picture I started with was pretty big...around 900 x 1000 pixels. It was just a jpg off the internet (a sexy jpg!)

Penguinofsorts, the only problem I would see with that is that it would get expensive. Mine was 35 sheets of paper, and it's not even that big. Also, it's hard to line up the sheets, and I would think it would be even harder if they're upsidedown and backwards, you know? It's an intruiging idea though!

This is a picture of my daughters in their Dementor costumes for a Harry Potter party earlier this year. It's 16 sheets of paper, and it didn't really take too long to put it together. How fun!

LOVE this!  I had to play too.  It's my coworker's birthday next week, and she's on vacation until then, so I had to rasterbate her son and fill her office with him!  Isn't he adorable?  He's 7 sheets across by 5 sheets down.
