I wasn't able to go, because I had to work... Sad

Did anybody go? How was it?

it was ok. quite a lot of yarn/book stalls and more people than I expected and to be honest more older women than younger ones, with the whole stitch n bitch thing going I had expected mostly younger people!

but hey! It's not a bad thing at all.

Anyway, I had fun but I hope if they do it again there will be more things going on, and more room to get to see the stuff for sale!!!

Hey everyone! I'm new at craftster so I thought I'd say hi! I'm from Schiedam and I'm into knitting and pretty much every other craft out there haha. Learning to crochet is on my current to-do list.

My LYS recently closed (the owners retired) so I'm kind of bummed about that. I've been to the one at the Goudsesingel in Rotterdam once and I didn't like it at all. Not only was it a very expensive visit, the staff gave me additude. So I'm not going back there anytime soon.

Anyone ever been to Matson on Zuidplein in Rotterdam? http://www.matson.nl/

I just wanted to mention that I've been to matson now (the shop I mentioned earlier) and if you're looking for yarn, I wouldn't recommended. They have but a very small selection.

Wanted to share:
Wibra finally has a new supply of cotton yarn (the stuff I love to use for my lip balm holders). Different colour choice this time.

Hi everyone,

I've recently noticed that there is a Schroder fournituren shop on the corner of the Laan van Meerdevoort and the Fahrenheitstraat in the Hague.  They sell buttons, trim and technical stuff like interfacing.  For some reason, they also sell tights, handbags and belts! I don't know the prices though, as I've only been to look.

hello again

i saw there's a Crea Beurs in Rijswijk's Evenementenhal this weekend, but i don't think there's any yarn there, just other miscellaneous craft stuff. i've heard it's quite boring actually. anyone know more about this?

here's the link: http://www.evenementenhal.net/evenement.php?id=308
