Gorgeous necklace! I love how the shrinkie is framed (is it just glued into the frame, or is it wrapped with clay and the baked again?). Love the colors and the arrangement. I'd be wearing it all the time too!

And, is it Little Bo Peep? Who lost her sheep? And didn't know where to find them?

I also love the bookmark. I definitely see a couple of those in my future!

Hey, about the feedback.....mine is all messed up.  I have like 3 from this swap (all positive!!  LOL) and one is dated for March.  Huh not sure what is up with that.  Could you fix it for me?  I mean, I love how amazing I appear to be on my profile, but it's confusing to me (easily done! Cheesy) and would like it fixed.  Cheesy  Thanks!

And, CeruleanEyes, those pendants are great! Love the flower, but I also love how well balanced the bird is! If I had tried that, it would most certainly have been hanging crooked Tongue

It's cool isn't it?  Rainbow_Storms did a great job!!  Cheesy

Imagine, that is sooo beautiful!  Wow!  How does one get polymer clay to stick to shrinkies?  I am so impressed with the creativity you women have.  It's stunning what everyone has come up with.

Hey, um,  uh, can I, uh, can I sort of borrow your necklace, Imagine?  Uh, I promise I'll, uh, give it back.....eventually.  LOL  Grin

I'm not sure it'll stand up to being slept in, Imagine... Wink LOL, I'm just glad you like it, I was so nervous after I got my little notebook! And I'm sorry, I was going to type out the rhyme and put it in but I assumed you'd know it! Guess it's not as well known as I thought  Embarrassed

(And the bookmark came out blue in the picture I took too! Weird, because it's actually very purple!)

For those who asked - the shrinky is "wrapped" in the clay. I made a flat "frame" by rolling out the clay, putting the shrinky in the middle and cutting a rectangle around it. I left a long section at the top which I rolled around a knitting needle to make a "bail", and left about half a centimetre extra ("seam allowance?") at each side and at the bottom, which I folded in around the edge of the shrinky to hold it in place. The decoration is easier than it looks - the "vines" are a long, thin sausage of clay placed in a random squiggly pattern, which can actually look pretty cool on its own.

It's ok, I found it on Wikipedia. I don't know the melody though...
I told my mom about it and she said she knew it. I think it's just because it's in English that I don't know it (I know more French nursery rhymes).
