#3 Swap in the Friendship Quilt Block Swap Series. Wow, this is a cute one! With a variable handle, it is a snap! See what you think.

Basket fabric will be any "Bali Batik" type fabric of your choice.

Background will be plain white, no muslin, no white-on-white.

Blocks can be signed or unsigned.

Each swapper will make 15 blocks, and will trade with 3 other people (you will send 5 blocks to each partner)

You will have 4 weeks to work on the blocks. They are very easy to make.

Swap limited to 12 participants, including organizer.

Just curious, but what made you change it from 6 to 5 blocks? Also, it going to be mandatory to swap with three partners next time?

BTW such a cute block! It looks kinda hard though.

Ooohh...

That one looks like it may be beyond me.  I'm not sure I could do those for myself, let alone do them well enough to feel comfortable sending them to a swap partner.   Undecided

Oh well, at least I've got some time to think on it.

This one looks harder for me too. I'll probably skip this one. It is cute though!

For anyone who is on the fence, this is actually a pretty easy block to do, the blocks before it sort of lead up to it skills-wise. Remember, no one will beat you with a stick if your block is not "perfect", and you can do the handle in rick rack, rather than bias applique, if you like.
