So I was totally pumped about this challenge when it came up because I was already planning on redoing my old sewing chair....I had a few ideas but at the last minute I wasn't happy with any of them.  So I gave up on it....until I came to my senses and realized I needed to do what I love which is plushies!  So I made my old hard sewing chair into a soft (I added foam) furry plushie chair, claws, teeth and all!  Thanks for looking and don't forget to vote!  Smiley

my chair before I started---boring plain white

my monster chair!  so furry and wonderful!

a detail of the teeth and leg and foot....I just love the feet I think its my favorite part! (oh and awesome side note...I can still roll it around!  I made the feet so the wheels come through!)

monster chair next to my sewing machine....maybe I need to do something with that yardsale desk........

OH I almost forgot my inspiration was the chair from the pee wee herman show.....I cant remember her name.....This challenge was so much fun!  I think I need to cover my couch in fur next!

Her name was Chairy  Wink

How funky and fun! Although I don't like the look he's giving your machine... like he wants to eat it...  Cheesy

Well, this made me chuckle right out loud.  What a great sense of humor you have, and yes, you absolutely must do something to the desk to make them a pair...at least matching paint or something, don't you think?  You did such a nice job on the chair, it looks like you really took some time to make all the details so special.
