I have seen a lot of this kind of style on the internet lately so I thought I would join the bandwagon. Its my first time ruching with elastic on an item of clothing and I love it!

I got it off Etsy. She was de-stashing so thats all she had. You might find some doing a seach on Ebay or Etsy. Goodluck!
