Is there a cheap supplier of one-inch button parts within Canada?  All I can find is www.macaron.ca, and they're more expensive than ordering parts from the US.

I haven't found anything yet. There's CanadianEngravers.com based in Ontario, but there's just a distributer for USAbuttons.com. Once they figure in the import costs, it's still cheaper for me to order direct from the states.

Thanks.  I placed a small order with Canadian Engravers just last week, and it was only 10$ more than a shipment from USA Buttons.  Plus it got here a few days faster, and they let me pay COD.  Nice folks, I'd recommend them to anyone.

But you're right; ordering from the States is still cheaper on big orders (dammit!)

canadian engravers is the way to go.

they are in mississauga so if you are located in the greater toronto area (as the sweetie pie press is) you can drive there and pick things up all by yourself. they are also very good about price matching (a very important tidbit).

happy buttons,

i order from  http://www.jotopaper.com

who sell 1000 for $90, which i think is really good. they're in vancouver, which is good for those in the west, but maybe not wherever you may be.

that's all!

Hi there!

We're a company of artists and musicians that has started our own button/sticker/magnet company in Toronto... and we offer Badge-A-Minit button supplies. You can even pick up your order in Toronto to avoid shipping!

We offer the lowest prices we can as well as support for our friends (listing on our site, mentions in our e-newsletter, etc). It's a "You support us, we support you" kind of deal.

You can check us out at www.babbleweb.ca
