Once upon a time i got my daughter a potty chair which was too big for her at that time , hence she started using it as a chair to sit and gaze in the balcony /sitout. I was thinking of making her more comfortable while gazing sitting in the potty, this challenge spurred me on to actually get on with the makeover the potty needed for long.

I have used Peach color velvet (because of its color the actual shape may not be well shown in snaps, will try to post updated snaps once my professional photo expert sis is around). The frill is using Maroon color organza. There is big ball of cotton to stuff the potty bucket underneath, and then layers of foam batting to give the cusion to both bottom and the arms.

Velcro is used to attach the bottom layer to underneath the potty. So hurray it is removable as and when required to use it as potty if my darling wishes so and also to wash when it gets dirty.

This is just the current status, i hope to do some embellishments before the final date, couldn't wait till then, hence posting the work as it stands now

Here are the snaps....

Before - The potty chair

After - Plush comfy sofa
