I'm not sure if I can technically call this a Strawberry shortcake since I think shortcake uses biscuits.... but it's assembled like shortcake so I guess so? Anyway, it was yummy :p

I have made a stawberry shortcake recipe using the one off the Bisquick box. Its a dry, dense sweet biscuit like cake perfect for soaking up stawberry juice. I also like the prepackaged little shells that are like sponge cake but they just don't taste fresh.

Yours looks SO yummy. You say strawberries and I'm sold!
