i received yesterday and i have 2 things to say:

1. k-roc is AMAZING  Shocked
2. i am a dufus.   Roll Eyes

OK here's why: i forgot i had some of the same things on my wists as her.  like even before i stalked her and snagged some cool stuff off her wists...

and WOW this amazing thing came in the mail, which was SO SO SO worth the wait.

you will see.

OK first off, i open the wrapping paper and find this nice happy-green box:

okaaaay... she sent me some Canadian Tequila?! interesting... not that i don't like tequila, mind you...   Cheesy

inside was a very nice note and everything wrapped up in pretty tissue paper, some of which is definitely being recycled.  i always forget to wrap things up pretty  Embarrassed

First off, was probably the swapping buttons.
SO GREAT!!  my favorites are the large group in the middle, but they were all nice, really!

I can't wait to find the perfect thing (jewellery, maybe?) to make with the scissors and the cats.  not together, probably.  Wink

some WAY CUTE cats that are brooches, but in their downtime are acting as wall-ornaments.
my husband snagged the one which ironically is made in the colors of his home country.  not sure if this was intentional or not:

and this one is mine:

sorry about the messy shelf.  until i wear it, i put it over where i will be sewing when i figure out how to operate the machine...  Huh

and here, last because most amazing, is the k-roc's interpretation of the thing that was on both our wists...
when i knew she was sending late because it was embroidery, i knew i was about to be spoiled, even though she is supposedly new to embroidery... but her craftsmanship and execution are so far ABOVE & BEYOND...  (the photos show the colors and textures better than they show what it actually IS, so i have to tell you that this is a bracelet.  i am not sure whether to wear it or display it somehow, it is that great.)

THANK YOU k-roc
YOU ROC(K)!!!!!

and my package was not worthy.   Embarrassed Cry

i KNOW!!!

i just can't get over that somebody i hardly know could make something so beautiful for me.  this is the magic of craftster?!  the generosity of people who make stuff...
i need to improve my skills, so that i can step up to the examples.

and the other wild thing is that i received TWO insanely generous packages on the same day!  (the other one was from someone in another site)
