I was very intrigued when I visited a link with many tutorials for making baked goods out f clay. This lady had a term called "toasty tops" and I was floored at how beautiful and realistic it makes baked goods look. If you haven't seen it, take a look. The rest of her site has all sorts of tutorials!

Yep, Nora Jean's site has lessons on all kinds of things --from miniature sculpts and lots of mini foods, to various kinds of canes, metallic effects, uses of translucent and liquid clay, Day of the Dead items, etc/etc, along with her own very unique take on things (inlcuding organization of the site) Grin

She also presides over a yahoo mailing group called City-o-Clay:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CITY-o-Clay
..and at least used to do twice-weekly webcam demos as well.

For browsing, the tutotrials at the main site are now:

Her site has been rebuilt a few times, so some of the older stuff is here:

...and a little more is here: http://norajean.com/njarchive.htm
