Ok so i got my book yesterday (!!!) Its called Image of Josephine and I started on the first title page with a keyhole. Im thinking of drawing some random things in the keyhole but im not sure what yet. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
And hopefully i will have some pix up soon!

Maybe we should have an Alice in Wonderland these for this week? I'm always up for that theme, it's one of my favourite books! I even managed to work "eat me" into a chunky house for a swap last week

I am totally fascinated by everyone's pages.  I don't know if this question's been asked or answered because I don't have the time to go thru the whole thread but I know alot of you use watercolors on your pages -- how do you keep the pages from getting wavy?

I try to use old books that have reasonable quality pages. Sometimes you can start a book and realise the pages are too flimsy. Saying that, not all the edges in my current one are perfect, some have little tears in them from me carrying the book around in my bag so much! Very often when you apply paint to the reverse of a painted page it straightens itself out. At least after being closed for a while after drying anyway. I try not to apply too much water either, just what's required to get the paint on and not drown the page. I hope that helps!

An alice in wonderland theme sounds GREAT! I have finished psychedelic, and as it's spring break I've done loads of other stuff too (I'm working on CDs to go in my journal currently) Also, I think we should have an easter/spring theme soon! I have to pack tomorrow because we're off to London, and I also have lots of other crafts to finish off  but any free time I get will be for my "Alice" theme...
