A page for my new niece as she steps into the world...

Full of little meanings, but it's 2am and I'm way too tired to explain them at the moment Cheesy

Phizzy- i love your steps page..so cute i especially love the text and the sewing on the page and the admit ones they all fit together so nicely.
Gemcraft-your steps pages look awesome so far, i like how they are all staggered. And i like the page with the dancing people on it.

so my computer broke & i had to send it away to get it fixed so i haven't been able to see all the great new pages until now...they all look awesome guys!  Grin unfortunately, even without my computer to distract me, i still haven't had the time/inspiration to do any pages. i hope to have some done soon- i love the idea of a steps page so i might give that one a try.

Im feeling very uninspired, about my steps pages, and about everything
- I want to get all my photos printed to make my wedding scrapbook from over two years ago
- I want to start some kindof scrapbook for the process of buying our house
- I have no time to do either of these and tons of Christmas cards to make.
- Most of my craft stuff is at my workshop so I have no supplies at my house
- I LOVE Phizzys work at the moment and want to try and do some like that, Im fed up with my style and not even sure if I have one.

So a fed-up crafter - any ideas anyone?

*Hugs* Of course you have a style! Everyone has one (even if they don't know it) but it is fun to try out someone else's from time to time! Cheesy

I want to try out a painted Van Gogh page since I've not used acrylic for a while. I'm tempted to do a few pages in different artists styles, but make the subject matter my own everyday life. Might be funny Cheesy

I've just started sticking things in my USA photo book...that's taken me ages to get started on it too. But I figure it's not worth working on something if you don't get excited by it. I painted the pages for it weeks ago and it's just been lying there goading me ever since! Cheesy

Lists! What about making a list of things you need to do and come up with a plan? Maybe try to get a number of cards done a day/week, and then plan time for journal working to break up the monotony of working on the same thing all the time.

Maybe combine your steps page and your house buying? Each stage of buying the house on a different page? That way you won't be overwhelmed working on 2 projects?

Can you take your book into your workshop and do a few bits there, then take it home to do the fiddly drawing parts?
