Anyone else going to the DIY Fest on June 14?  It's in the Red Emma's Church at 2640 St. Paul.  There should be some pretty cool workshops, Food Not Bombs, zines, etc.  I'll be there- just wanted to give anyone who's interested a heads up!

Yeah, the Fest was a lot of fun.  I learned about open-source computer software (written by the people, for the people!).  Also took the knife-making workshop and learned how to fix some drywall.  Supposedly they're going to post some of the tutorials on the Baltimore DIY Fest website, but I'm not sure when.  I'm planning on posting some of the things I learned at baltimorediy.blogspot.com (pix are already up).
